I have spoken with Adam and the impression that I got is that one could have as many tickets as their little heart desires. I didn't ask if there was a max or anything, but I didn't get the impression it was capped at person plus one guest.

Okay. I guess it depends on what the initial reaction was to their idea. Having an audience of all former Hot Seaters is a promotable gimmick. Having an audience of ten former Hot Seaters and a hundred of their guests--not so much.

I think you are correct, Marley. 50/50 probably wouldn't be such a great thing to promote. Of course, his job is to fill the audience first, just so they can do the show. If they can have some cute little promo out of it, all the better.

They probably figure if people are going to take the day off and go sit there, they should at least be able to bring people along. Who knows though, like I said I didn't ask specifically, but I got the impression you could have multiple tickets and that you could specify the number.

I don't think they care about what one 'should' get in return unless BAM is 'in need'. They have told hot-seaters how many guests they could have if they had too many people 'confirmed' to be in the audience. If they are to the point of having to pay the audience members, then, heck yes, they will lift any limit that might have been sent.
