One more Michael Jackson question

#1 Post by starfish1113 » Wed Jul 08, 2009 1:21 pm

Has it always been common knowledge that his children are not biologically his? I know that they don't look like him (well, at least how he looked when he was 10), but I had never heard anything about him not being the biological father until I just read an article on cnn.com where one of his doctors said he doubted that he (the doctor) was the biological father but left open the possibility that he was. The question seemed to be worded in a way to indicate that it was clear the Michael isn't the biological father.

Yes.

Co-worker A says he is.

Co-worker B says he isn't.

I did not press them for their sources.

From what I have read on gossip sites, he is not the biological father of the first two, but he might have been the biological father of "Blanket" the third child.

I really feel sorry for his kids. No matter his faults, he seemed devoted to them. Now I see them as being pawns due to their trust fund.

I saw a video of his daughter speaking at the memorial and I felt so sorry for her.

Same here. My heart ached for her. Whatever his sins may or may not have been, his children adored him and they don't have him.

Who cares if they are MikeJ's biological children, the burning question: are the related to BobJ?
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

I find the curiosity about this to be rather offensive.

I am not biologically related to my parents.

They are still my parents.

Michael Jackson was the father of Prince, Paris and Blanket.

Michael Jackson was the father of Prince, Paris and Button.
I don't think anyone is trying to imply anything about adopted children, Saucy. If it was in the public record that he had adopted his children, there'd be nothing to this story. But, like many other things, his approach to this may have been...unorthodox.

And I know my last answer is inadequate. It should be nobody else's business if parents choose to employ a sperm donor or a surrogate mother. But this is just another facet of a celebrity's life that has attracted far more attention than it deserves.

I've been trying to avoid commenting in any of the MJ threads, just for that reason. You sucked me in!

I think Button is one of Sarah Palin's kids. If not, I think Zipper will be one of her Grandkids.
