Millionaire posted a new video with a teaser showing the money tree and for the first 10 questions the dollar amounts kept shuffling. And there's no $50K question, it goes from $25K to $100K. Could this mean the path to a million will not be the same for two people. And it looks like theres 14 questions and I don't see dollar amounts highlighted to signify it's a milestone question, so maybe they removed it. From the looks of it, you could theoretically win $25k on the first question and playing for $200 the next. Here's the money tree before the bottom 10 questions started to shuffle. Maybe that's what they put in the place of 2 rows of seats A GIANT SLOT MACHINE TO SHUFFLE THE MONEY TREE. (sarcasm)

Adding the Switch The Question lifeline was fine, in itself, although it did come at the cost of lowering the value of the $32K, $64K and $125K levels.
