Those poor, poor diplomats

#1 Post by MarleysGh0st » Sat Jun 25, 2011 1:57 pm

I got another one of those spams that say "YOUR DIPLOMAT IS AT [some international airport] - CONTACT HIM NOW".

I presume this another one of those inheritance/contract payment/international investment transfer deals, but I never open the e-mail or get in touch with the diplomat, as instructed.

I sure hope he's not getting bored in Miami, today.

awwww. I was expecting at least to read an excoriation of Foggy Bottom.

OR perhaps more pertinently...

ain't it hard when you discover that
he really isn't where it's at?

Maybe it has something to do with parking tickets.

I wasn't aware we all had our own diplomat. I want a diplomat.

I have been told, on specific occasions, that I am diplomatic. I cannot help anybody at this time, however, BECAUSE I'M STUCK AT SOME INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, and Marley won't come and pick me up!

I didn't realize that Marley is a soccer fan. --Bob

If he just knew which international airport to send that money order...

My diplomat is at JFK International Airport in NYC, this morning.

If he gets bored, I suppose he could take the subway into Manhattan to catch a show or something...

Today, my diplomat is in Denver. Do you think you could go meet him for me, Sprots?

I'd like to think ES is traveling to Harrisburg as we speak....

Although, as I recall, Sprots does have some business to attend to today.........

Stinkerball wasn't old enough to participate in the champagne shower. I do hope he doesn't get scratched from his next start with pneumonia though....

Yep, you recall correctly. For some reason, it wore me out -- I woke up a bit ago from a two-hour nap.

My diplomat still hasn't given up. This evening, he's in Tucson.

Well, I'm sure it's warmer there than it is here.
