The USC Song Girls wore special Breast Cancer Awareness Month shirts during the pre-game at the USC-Arizona football game today.

Knowing a great deal is not the same as being smart; intelligence is not information alone but also judgment, the manner in which information is collected and used.

Our football players put pink accents on during October. Bright pink shoe laces and socks. Pink golves and headbands. Son1111 wears a pink shirt on the days they have to wear a shirt and tie. I love seeing big burly football players sporting bright pink without a question!
I think of my sister-in-law a lot in October. She lost her battle against breast cancer at 42 years old. Way too early for someone as vibrant as she was.
