OOHHHH!!! Costco sampling the other day - Bulgogi potstickers with sweet chili sauce. Bought them. Made them for dinner. Almost needed a freakin' cigarette after- they are that good.

I would make my own sauce out of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, rice wine itself (I cheat w/ dry sherry), some chili pepper maybe. And some peanut oil?
Hoisin is wonderful stuff but too not-delicate for potstickers.
