I regularly watched only the first four seasons of "Survivor". I knew that Season 1 was Borneo (Pulau Tiga more specifically), Season 2 was Australia, Season 3 was Kenya, and Season 4 was Marquesas. This eliminated C for me. I also knew that Panama was recent and Amazon occured a few years ago, so I was able to get the answer within 45 seconds and without using one of my remaining lifelines (ATA and DD).

I'll probably need the audience on the $500K Internet question.
