Thanks Uly, I know it is posted more than once throughout the board, but I think having it under a Avatar Heading will draw attention to those looking for help.

Heck, if I'd known you were going to post that tatooed bird as your avatar, I might have kept this to myself.....

Okay--let me check to see the REAL me.

If this works, it's a picture of Erin after Winnie left the table at the Crystal Palace. Her bib reads "More Like Mommy Every Day." How appropriate.

If it doesn't work, it's back to the crazy things I found for my son....

Are there any sites...

...that shrink animated gifs and keep them animated?

I have many animated gifs that I can rotate thru to become my avatar...but some of them are large (of course, my current one is using photobucket's bandwidth and not this site's).

Yes, it's too big. It's 250 x 272. Since this board's settings don't allow avatars larger than 200 x 200, I don't know how you managed to get this one past that limit. Maybe our crack administrative team can figure out what went wrong.

Oh....I used the "Link to offsite avatar" option. That's how you get around size restrictions (I belong to several phpbb forums & have several avatars.) I'll go ahead & shrink it.

ETA: OK.....better??

I wonder if this worked...

Hmm, seems if animation of the image is a bit more tricky.

I've made an avatar out of my picture but it still won't accept it. I've been trying for 1/2 hour with no luck. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....
