$4k-16k: Three in a row in the "pop culture / entertainment" realm, and finally one for this weeks E.W. magazine crew.

$50K, Not as obvious as the last stack 25K, but another question for a soccer fan. Rio de la Plata means River Plate, which is a famous Argentinian soccer team that plays in Buenos Aires, right on the border with Uruguay.

No problemo through $25K. PAF with Google or a world atlas at $50K. Looking at $100K with ATA, ATE and DD left.

TV Dinners - are we going to get a variant of "what was in the first one"?

I'd love to know what the "Chill Out" question is. Creator of air conditioning or refrigeration? Science on absolute zero? Something about Chill Wills?
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

The 500K question category 'The High Court' was the category listed at the same dollar level in my stack.

Aside from hoping in general that everyone runs the stack, I'm really hoping to get to see this one in particular.

But in this case, "Plata" means "Silver".

There's that Hannah Montana question again. "Night Watchman" sounds like Rembrandt, which is possible PAF usage. And what kind of $1M category is "Chill Out"?

$300: OK, I need to ask the audience on this one. Supermarket was a nasty distractor for me.
BBTranscriptTeam wrote:$1,000 * Yoga (sic)
"Does Al only do parodies of other songs?" is a question answered on the official Web site of what notable American?

A: Al Pacino B: Al Sharpton
C: Weird Al Yankovic D: Al Roker
A shout-out to one of our beloved MM.

$16K: I remember this controversy, so (thankfully) I didn't need the lifelines.

$25K: Oh, thank God it was something as simple as Rembrandt's last name. I knew this before the choices came up.

$50K: An easy question if you know that "plata" is Spanish for "silver" and Argentina comes from the Latin word for "silver. Thankfully, B was the only choice that included Argentina.

TV Dinners will be the $100,000 question. It could be something in my wheelhouse. But I'll have three lifelines for it just in case.

Adam's in a pretty good position, too. With his DD, he's got a good shot at winning the $100K.

Finally! A question that is right in the wheelhouse of the expert.

It's a nihil obstat® stack for me so far.

Well, as my mother tells it, the family was French (LaForte). They married into the Bakers (my mother's maiden name), and in turn my mother married someone with my last name.
