A gimme at $100K.

A NAFC on the $250K. I can only assume you would know this cold if you've watched "Pride of the Yankees". Equally NAFC how you would Google this within the time constraints. I wouldn't expect the Expert to know, either. I'd probably end up walking, too.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Gehrig luckiest double header brings it right up.

I've watched Pride of the Yankees but I didn't remember the answer. --Bob

$100K was easy.

$250K looks like a good Google question for the Phone-A-Friend.

So I'm going for $500K with DD and Expert left.

It's not easy to get me on a high level question about MLB, but I did not know this one, and my guess would have been wrong. I know the exact date this happened, but not who they were playing....

A question right in my wheelhouse.

Since I still have lifelines left, it's time to use one. I have PAF and DD remaining. I'm pretty sure it was either Detroit or Washington, so I'll use DD and make those my final answers.

So I'd be going for $500K with my PAF remaining.

Here's a follow-up article.

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142 ... lenews_wsj
In September 2009, she won $100,000 as a contestant on the television show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." This year, she is taking $10,000 of her winnings and donating them to WGIRLS to create Operation Granting Lasting Memories, or Glam, an initiative to outfit more than 2,000 low-income teenagers with prom gowns.
