Seems like a pretty tough 8K although TPTB seem to usually have at least one tough Q at the 8-16K level in their quest for thousandaires.

4K: I guessed right, but ATA here.

Otherwise fine. Technically, the smoke is supposed to be a tenderizer, so there'd be 2 right answers to that last Q, but I'd pick the "more agreed-with" one.

Wow. So if I baste some ribs in barbecue sauce and cook them on my outdoor grill, according to the National Babecue Association, I am not having barbecued ribs? Whoda thunk?
