Another WE®, and she does work with children's education. I don't normally comment on contestants' wardrobes but her outfit was very nice. Turns out she made it herself with fabric from India.

Shireen said she knew the answer but "wanted to get the audience involved". Nice gesture, Shireen, but a waste of a lifeline may come back to haunt you later.

I guessed the right answer but in the Hot Seat I probably would have gone with ATA.

I've read both of these books. I think this might have been a good one for ATA if Shireen hadn't used it already.

Which qualifies her as a full WE/WE.

I thought Shireen was finished on the Khaled Hosseini question.

After her earlier lifeline usage, I was thinking of a change to the show title:
Who Wants To Be A Millionaire OR Who Wants To Be Sure

Another rare set of Q's were there were no problems up to 25K. Must be sweeps...

A bit of hesitation at 8K as I was not totally familiar with Slums of Beverly Hills but BHC was such a long time ago I thought it was likely correct. In the hot seat perhaps I would not have been as sure thanks to TDC.

I would have ATA'd the movie question- BHC and D&OIBH came out within two years of each other, and while I leaned towards BHC, I would have not been able to choose in the Hot Seat.

I knew the other two were much later.

No problems with the rest.

Nihil obstat* for me.

Is it my imagination or are the questions easier this week?
I'm just a game show nerd.
