top o' the mornin'®

#1 Post by earendel » Mon Dec 03, 2007 7:30 am

It's nice to be at my desk where it's relatively calm and quiet this morning - yesterday was a madhouse what with three church services plus all the in-between setup activities from noon until 4PM, rehearsals, then the post-service fellowship. It made for an extremely long day, but it was well worth it. The Hanging of the Green service was spiritually moving (as it always is).

I think it would bother me if my church was place of stress and madness forme, while my work was a place of (even relative) calm.

It's frenetic to be certain, but it's well worth the effort when it all comes together.
