Rather looks more like a Dill-buck. Antlers can occur in female white tailed deer but they are uncommon.

Reindeer are the one exception in the deer family where females do have antlers. Indeed, it is only female reindeer that typically retain their antlers through the winter. Males typically lose theirs before christmas time although it is possible some could retain theirs past December 25th.

Meaning Rudolph and company would theoretically have a higher likelihood to all be the same gender.

I suppose at least Cupid and Vixen makes sense...

Although come to think of it, Cupid is a guy too. Sorta.
