Well, here's evidence that Andrei is only marginally Where Else. His appearance actually got a brief article in his local paper. The city papers never do that!

Andrei is the first familiar face from my stint in the Green Room - I'm excited to see what happened to the folks I got to know briefly on that day back in October!
