Anybody know what the deal was? It took about an hour and a half to get through security.

LAS VEGAS -- The nation's leading tactical trainers from law enforcement, military and security are in Las Vegas for a week of intensive anti-terrorism/force protection training.

The United States National Standards of Training Association is hosting its 8th Annual U.S.N.S.T.A. National Training Conference now through Dec. 14 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino at 3700 W. Flamingo Road.

This event brings together trainers and instructors from across the nation and from all sectors of military, law enforcement and security.

At the conference, the U.S.N.S.T.A. identifies training needs and develops necessary solutions.

Maybe they didn't want to slack off and have an expert say, "gotcha!"?

Bad time to try to rob the Rio.

It's all his fault. That'll be $10.

Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

Bad time to have to poop, too.

It really was something else. No telling how many people standing in a make-shift winding line. Worse than any line at any amusement park I've ever been in.

People were fainting or faking fainting. (Hell, I was tempted.)

Something was up, that's for sure.
