Let's get them all in one thread, so if the word comes down from above that they have to go, I can just axe the whole thread, rather than go hunting for them.

I'll follow with mine in a moment.

Well Fudge, made it to Q 4, which is not bad considering my frame of mind lately.

Question 1:

Place words in order to form a 1980's teen movie

1. of
2. nerds
3. revenge
4. the
3, 1, 4, 2

Question 2:

Place these magazines in order of the first publication, starting with the latest

1. People
2. Entertainment Weekly
3. Maxim
4. Newsweek
3, 2, 1, 4

Question 3:

Place these cities along Interstate 80, starting in the east

1. Des Moines
2. Cheyenne
3. Salt Lake City
4. Omaha
1, 4, 2, 3

Question 4:

Place these songs in order of release, starting with the latest

1. Oops
2. Born to Run
3. Joshua Tree
4. Black to Black, then hesitated asking myself if Fred said Back to Black, cost me time, it ran out - I would have punched in 1, 3, 4, 2, probably would have been wrong anyway, will have to look it up.

Just got back from google, it is Back to Black - like an old lady like me would listen to the Druggie, ha. So I guess it would be 4, 1, 3, 2 ?

Put these political parties in order of their founding, starting with the earliest:

federalist
greenback
green
libertarian

would have thought that the libertarians were around longer than they have been but it didn't matter cuz i was running out of time and input them in the same order which was wrong!

Well. I fat-fingered the very first question. I guess I'm out of practice.

I got:

"put these words in order to make a saying describing an angry person. 1. collar, 2. hot 3 the 4 under." I think I reversed 1 and 2. Anyway, I didn't get past that one. Better luck tomorrow.

Not sure I would've managed it under pressure, though.

There are 24 possible combinations of 1-2-3-4.

If history is any precedent, 1-2-3-4 itself is NEVER the correct answer.

well at least I got the first question right:
1. put the folowing words to form the name of a self help book: 1. my
2. cheese (but sounded like Che)
3. moved
4. who4312
2. Put following actresses in birth order sarting with the youngest:1. Hepburn
2. Kim Bassinger
3. Keira Knightly
4. didn't hear it--I just got out of court, went to office which is next to railroad tracks across the tracks from the courthouse--took the time to check the phone game posts , got out my legal pad, marked 1-4 down five times, took a deep breath and dialed---just as Fred was saying the last name a train rolled by--here in New Iberia , Louisiana , the train is allowed to roll thru town at full speed as long as it blasts out its horn --cannot hear a thing when the train rolls by---totally flustered me and by the time I figured number four had to fit between Bassinger and Knightly--ran out of time --oh well--the sun will come out again tommorrow---but will play the game at home next time

I must be rusty, seemed to go by faster than I remembered--maybe I just getting older and slower
