OMG! The separation on these is only a year each! Extremely nasty at any level. Hate to think what the Q5 would have been.

The order I get is 1423, with U.S. debuts in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Yay! for those who made it through and can hope

Keep at it, the rest of you!

and

Somebody pass out a few cases of WD-40 for all the rust ... (ducking and covering)

Part of the rust brigade here. I can't remember the phrasing but 1) arrange these words to form a movie title

Smith
Mr
And
Mrs

I got it, but have been so out of the numbering thingie that it was a fluke. I do know the answer but I was fluttering mentally on, whatever.

2) place these product catch phrases in order from earliest introduction to recent

something
something
something
Good to the Last Drop

I actually knew this, too, but the rust got in the way of what few neurons and synapses I have left in my brain.

Oh. It IS possible to do this on a cell phone. The speaker was fine, I used a pencil to poke the answers in--the phone was the least of my problems.

I am Idiot--great post-apocalyptic novel.

I did find I did better after a glass of wine.

I didn't like that that was true.

It didn't change that it was true.

In the grand tradition of "The dog ate my homework", the following is my excuse for not getting past Q2:

I got a migrane.

Seriously. I had just finished watching "Slumdog Millionaire", appropos I thought for Phone Game Day 1, and was getting ready to call in, when I felt the onset coming. I rushed to call before my brain was completely oatmeal, but honestly even if I had been completely clear-headed I would've missed it.

Q1 was putting "Night at the Museum" in order. No problemo, even with head full of cotton candy.

Q2 was the site of my quick exit: Put these childrens' literary figure in order of their first appearance, starting with the earliest:

1) Paddington Bear
2) Eeyore
3) Lassie
4) Black Beauty
Spoiler
4-2-3-1. I really thought Paddington was a lot older than he was. I looked it up--he arrived in the 50's.
Ah well. Another shot tonight. Hopefully ALL of the cobwebs will be cleared out by then. Looking over these posts, it really is the luck of the draw. Some of these 4 & 5 q's are cakewalks to me, others (and a couple of 2's and 3's for that matter) are brutal to my way of thinking (or non-thinking, as the case may be). I'll be hoping for a favorable stack..I'm not quite brainy enough to do it without a little bit of luck.

What a rush!! After getting locked out yesterday, I was so happy to get through. I haven't done this since I was like 14, so it was really exciting.

I believe this is

.

To give more detail,
More detail
During the intake phase, the pistons go up, sucking air and fuel into the combustion chamber. During the compression phase, the pistons go down, compressing (and thereby heating) the air and fuel. The spark plugs ignite during the power phase, igniting the mixture and forcing the pistons up. The pistons go down again during the exhaust phase, flushing the used fuel-air mixture from the chamber and leaving the engine ready for the next cycle.

Sounds like they were trying for the order in which they occur during normal engine operation. 3142 is my guess.
