You can use any image you like-one of your own or one you find elsewhere.

This "avatar help" thread has a link for a website that can adjust the size of your image, if it's bigger than 200 x 200 pixels.

There is a big difference between feeling nekkid and actually being nekkid.
Although I guess you could say that there is a difference between feeling nekkid and Feeling nekkid.
