Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

And, yes--I used to be a bartender, so I've looked at many a beer label. Professionally, that is...

Stephen has aluminum cans over his closet door, but they're from energy drinks. I separate aluminum cans from the other recyclables, but they go to my dad's neighbor who sells them for her Atlantic City money.littlebeast13 wrote:minimetoo26 wrote:This says something about me that can't possibly be good....Vandal wrote: mini ~~ TEN!

I actually opened two beers yesterday, but used them to bake two loaves of beer bread.
I am so boring.

It just tastes like regular bread. I bought the mix for a fundraiser. It is idiot-proof--just the mix and a can of beer, then bake. I knew my dad would come here after his appointment, so I made an extra loaf for him.littlebeast13 wrote:minimetoo26 wrote:Stephen has aluminum cans over his closet door, but they're from energy drinks.
