Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Stephen has aluminum cans over his closet door, but they're from energy drinks. I separate aluminum cans from the other recyclables, but they go to my dad's neighbor who sells them for her Atlantic City money.

I actually opened two beers yesterday, but used them to bake two loaves of beer bread.

I am so boring.

It just tastes like regular bread. I bought the mix for a fundraiser. It is idiot-proof--just the mix and a can of beer, then bake. I knew my dad would come here after his appointment, so I made an extra loaf for him.

But since you won't even touch biscuits, I spose you'd hate it... :P

You're right, he won't touch me. I have to get my scritches from my stupid brother....

Mind if I have one of those beers?

Go ahead, but you have to give it to beast and get him drunk so we can steal his oven and kidnap the cats!
