I wasn't real impressed with these 2, but I'd have gone out exactly the same way. Judge not, lest ye be judged.

I still have the missing Wednesdays on my DVR.

If you can do the 11/9 and last two contestants from 11/23, please do so. I'm not sure anyone else has the 11/9.

Here we go, even more commentary from the audience.

Interesting aesthetic note, there was almost going to be a 6th episode of this week if these people had not lost, which was going to be a 4th episode on the day. They actually raffled off the iPod and iPad as incentives to keep us around.

GOOD LORD THAT QUESTION WAS A NIGHTMARE TO SIT THROUGH. I have no idea if this showed or not, but they seriously almost went with ladybug for awhile....because they thought ladybugs were associated with being female. ....my jaw literally dropped, and the audience in my section was absolutely restless, as was I, but more quietly than them. I just...couldn't believe it.

That's all I have to say really, because this run WAS really short. I failed at the same point that they did, though I would have jumped I think.

Wow. I should have checked my Doubting Thomas for the missing nutmeg yesterday...

I'm guessing they were hired for their looks. The local newspaper columnists here call the TV people News Actors/Actresses...
Knowing a great deal is not the same as being smart; intelligence is not information alone but also judgment, the manner in which information is collected and used.

I don't know about Moon.... Fanny seems to remember her from a famous stalking case in another city, so she's just a transplant and probably fits the TV News Actress role well. But Gould..... he's been the sports guy at Channel 11 for as long as I can remember, which is unfortunately a looong time. I think he's just dumb as a box of rocks....

Here's a report on Rich and Melanie's appearance.

http://www.kplr11.com/news/ktvi-moon-go ... 1196.story
Gould and Moon won $5,000 for "Variety The Children's Charity" here in St. Louis, an organization that helps families with special needs children pay for everything from braces, wheelchairs and other items that insurance can't cover.
There a video accompanying the story, which I haven't bothered watching, but the text article doesn't bother mentioning that the $5,000 was the minimum guaranteed for these celebs. Not exactly a performance to make them "game show stars". :P

I have met Rich a few times at work. He's really a nice guy. I wish they won more money for the Variety Club.

I wouldn't have thought it was "veterinarian" and I don't think the audience will know this, so I'll JTQ.
