Today I did my usual watching of the show at lunchtime. Today I took screen shots of the questions and made notes of the money amounts just in case...

I returned to find I had recorded 30 minutes of this exciting still image that froze on my screen starting sometime between midnight last night and noon today. It is a random occasional glitch that is only fixed by changing the channel back and forth.

This is like the fourth Tuesday this season that this has happened and I have no idea why. Maybe I leave the cable box on too long but if I leave the cable box off and set the timer, I sometimes get no audio.

As a result, most of the commentary is incomplete. Also the last time I did this, a couple of the money amounts I noted were wrong, so if anyone wants to make corrections and add more info, please do so.

Hmmm. I would have thought that the Third Rail would be a phrase a New York audience would be more familiar with. Even so, 68% is a pretty strong vote to ignore, just because your hunch was different. (And she was thinking of the third place choice, not the second place spike.)

The Terminator is the only one that makes sense given the fittingly about technology.
-- In Iroquois society, leaders are encouraged to remember seven generations in the past and consider seven generations in the future when making decisions that affect the people.
-- America would be a better place if leaders would do more long-term thinking. -- Wilma Mankiller

I've heard PEBCAC and ID-ten-T used, but PICNIC is a new one. Not hard to figure out, though.

Given George Lucas' penchant for rebranding his franchise, and the atrocities that were the three prequel movies I'd be tempted to say A.
