So, the show airs at 4 pm in Providence and this promo for her appearance got posted on the Providence Journal's website yesterday at 1:18 pm as "breaking news". I don't think that's the kind of publicity that gets a lot of viewers.

From my D&D knowledge I know that a "bill" is a weapon, usually used by a member of the peasant levees, so probably not something a king would use. I doubt the audience will know this so I JTQ also.
