I just wanted to comment on Rachel's game play - she was pretty much a no-nonsense, get to the point, player, the kind I like. As for this question I'd have used a JTQ also.

I've never heard the expression but it wasn't hard to figure out and I'm surprised Rachel couldn't make the connection.
