There's no grammatical error here. It says exactly what it means. Saying that "nobody doesn't like Sara Lee" is not the same thing as saying "everybody likes Sara Lee." Most people in the world don't care or have never heard of Sara Lee.

The only one that was a Cabinet-level official was the Postmaster General, but after the USPS was privatized that was no longer the case.
