having the PanAm torch be carried along the outside of the CN Tower, and then our iconic Gold medalist, Donovan Bailey did indeed leap off the tower, and skydive down to the stadium...

I didn't think this was crazy. (Well, maybe just a little, but I didn't bat an eyelash.) It sounded exactly like something that Adventure Boy (a.k.a. Captain Adventure) would do if he got the opportunity.
