top o' the monin'®
The rain finally stopped (although the threat of more is still around) with a final tally of 8" - officially. I suspect it may have been more in some areas locally. With the departure of the rain it's just cold and very windy - we went from summer to winter without any appreciable autumn. And as expected, the leaves went straight to brown rather than turning color.

No, thanks, I took a typing class in junior high school. My teacher told me I'd never make it as a typist and I ended up with a "C" in the class. Little did she know that electric typewriters and computer keyboards would enable me to hit 120 WPM.peacock2121 wrote:monin?

What I really need is proofreading class.

Yeah, and it's my trademarked line, too. Oh, well, maybe we can call it a "seasonal" thing. That's the ticket. I meant to say monin', pronounced "moaning", for Halloween.littlebeast13 wrote:peacock2121 wrote:monin?
