OK, like Bob I haven't watched any episodes of "South Park", "Breaking Bad" or "Parks & Recreation", so I have to go on what I know from general discussions. "Breaking Bad" is in New Mexico, "Home Improvement" is in Michigan and "Family Ties" is in Ohio. So far no help. "Family Guy" is in Rhode Island and "Newhart" is in Vermont. Those two states aren't adjacent so I go with that answer even without being sure of the locations of the others.
