I got at the correct answer from the other direction. The properties in each color group (remembering that the dark purple and dark blue groups have only two properties each), plus the railroads and the utilities. Subtract that from 40 and you're good to go. --Bob

10K: Sao Paulo is in Brazil, Portuguese is spoken in Brazil, so guess Lisbon

50K: +1; probably blow rest of lifelines here to. Other than the 4 corners I just can't remember

500: easy

1,000: easy

2,000: Bambi is the only one that makes sense

3,000: easy

5,000: knowing of Aston-Martin, I go with B

7,000: I know it's not A, but I can't eliminate anyone else. ATA, as these are the kinds of shows that a Las Vegas audience would watch.

10,000: "Sao" implies it's Portuguese, so I go with A.

20,000: For some reason, I remember a cup being bigger than a pint, but I don't know if it's enough to go off of. +1 here, and hope or or she helps me.

Assuming I get 20K right....

30,000: When the answers came up, I couldn't decide between B and D. After seeing what 50/50 leaves, I walk.

He listed off the taxes. I think he came up short on the CCs and Chances.
