When I am hosting I generally prefer that PAF and ATA people don't look up the answer but it really isn't against any rule considering that PAF people do it all the time on the show. It's up to NellyL.

In the Christian canon, it is. However in the Hebrew canon, the last book is 2 Chronicles. (But of course the Hebrew canon isn't called "Old Testament").
