Most of Thursday's show was preempted, but Millionaire posted Josh's $250K question on FB.

He gets a big round of applause from me for that achievement! Who was the last WWTBAM contestant to make the national news? Hermillion?

I have 50/50 + ATA left but 50/50 will leave Germany & Netherlands & I wouldn't trust ATA on geography, so I leave here.

I'm glad contestant was wise enough to leave when he didn't know.

I only wish I gotten to see more of his run. I didn't see 1st because of taping glitch, & only saw what OrangePerson did not displace of 2nd. Orange displaced all of 3rd.

Congrats to great player.

Between "New Amsterdam" and "The Pennsylvania Dutch", I'd lean towards The Netherlands, but I'd be afraid of a red herring. +1 and 50:50 if needed.

Mennonites & other adult baptism groups in the US are I think German in origin, & are not related to the Pilgrims.

Thanks for the link to show; I'll watch it when I have wifi.

I'm guessing he walked away.
Leiden was where a number of Baptists gathered also.

Baptists trace their origins to John Smythe and Thomas Helwys, two British men who came to believe that only adults should be baptized. They traveled to Holland to receive baptism from an Anabaptist congregation in Amsterdam.
