I really liked this guy. He gave all the credit for knowing this one to a high school literature teacher.

I dunno if I get this or not. The first 10 are stuff like wood and leather, and the 20th is china. Sitting here, it's easy to say. But what if they slipped ivory in on the fifth?

I knew this because of a little mnemonic - IV is the Roman numeral 4 and the first two letters of ivory. Since "4th" wasn't a choice the answer had to be "14th".
