Minor surgery today

#1 Post by mellytu74 » Tue Apr 18, 2017 7:18 am

Having routine minor foot surgery today.

I'll have my foot heavily bandaged and elevated through next week.

Please don't solve the Tangredi puzzle before tonight, when I am back online.

Good luck. Hope things go well.

I doubt you have much to worry about us solving the puzzle in your absence.

minor surgery = surgery on someone else. Get well soon!
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Oh, and be sure to gargle regularly with Listerine. You wouldn't want your foot to get an infection. :P

Try to behave and do what the docs tell you, and mend quickly!

Fibromas? Best wishes.

Turned out very well.

After the doctor got rid of the bone chips and bone spurs, he found I had a fine joint. So, no cutting/pins and such.

And, yes, Dr. Dunn, my fun-loving podiatrist, DID say that my joint was jumpin'.

Good to hear! Perhaps you should do less jumping?
