The President Is Here (NON-POLITICAL)
I'm right in the middle of a Presidential visit today, literally. Right about now, Trump is arriving at the World Congress Center, the major Atlanta convention center that's next door to the football stadiums, about a block from my office, where he will be addressing the NRA Convention. After that, he's going to the Capital City Club, a swanky downtown business club where he'll be at a fundraiser for Karen Handel. The club is a block away in the other direction, across the street from the shopping plaza where I go to lunch most Fridays. They had already blocked off traffic around the club and about 40-50 protestors were nearby as well. If Trump were to walk from the NRA meeting to the fundraiser (which I know he won't do), he would probably go right by my office building on one side or the other.
It's kind of fun to be right in the middle of things here.

This is downtown Atlanta, John Lewis' Fifth District. Most of Fulton County north of I-285 is in the sixth district, along with a small chunk of Sandy Springs (where I live) south of 285. I try to limit my lunches to under $2,000. So far this year I've been pretty successful.
