Here's what I got:

SPLOOFUS IS CLOSING MAY 31

Dear All Sploofus Members,
The owners of Sploofus let us know that they're undertaking new projects, so they no longer have time to maintain the site. They explored all options for assembling a new ownership team, but nothing was viable. So, sadly, the site will close on May 31.

This thread is to provide information. If you have questions, please post them here or submit a support ticket by clicking on the orange HELP link at the top of your screen beside your avatar.

Please understand that we have limited information and may not be able to answer all questions.

The other thread called "Saying Goodbye to Sploofus" is for goodbyes and other thoughts.

REFUNDS
If you bought a membership within the last 6 months, we should be able to process a refund for you. Please be patient as it will take us a while to process refunds.

QUIZ, KERBLUNK, TRIVIA SQUARE, & PLATIPUZZLE EDITING
We'll continue to do our best to edit and publish these games through May 30.

WORD PUZZLES IN GENERAL
We'll do our best, but we may not be able to provide two word puzzles per day from here on out. If we have nothing available, "No word puzzle this a.m." or "No word puzzle this p.m." will appear in place of a title.

If we have time, we may re-run editor-written puzzles from the archive. If we do this, "RE-RUN" will appear in the title.

If you're a Platipuzzle author and would like one of your puzzles re-run, please let us know by submitting a support ticket, and we'll do our best.

To submit a support ticket, please click on the orange HELP link at the top of your screen beside your avatar and follow the instructions.

SUPPORT
We'll continue to do our best to provide high-quality customer support through May 30.

CONTACT INFO FOR FRIENDS
Please make sure you have contact information for all your Sploofus friends.

CONTACT INFO FOR EDITORIAL STAFF
If you find that something remains unresolved after May 31, you may contact us at sploofadmin@gmail.com

SPLOOFUS USER GROUP AT FACEBOOK
It was created by Sploofus members and is not officially associated with Sploofus in any way. Whether it's maintained is up to the administrators of that group.

SPLOOFUS ANIMAL MASCOTS
Olaf the Pony, Daisy the Cat, Mary the Goat, and Marty the Dog will continue to play in the Magic Meadow, and they wish you well!

HEARTFELT THANKS
We'd like to thank you all for being a part of the Sploofus family and for giving us the opportunity to serve you and to learn from you. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm in playing games and in creating countless wonderful quizzes, Kerblunks, Trivia Squares, and word puzzles. Thank you for helping Sploofus be such a fun and special place!

We'd also like to thank Justin Morton for creating Sploofus and also the current owners for bringing Sploofus back in 2011.

We'll miss you and Sploofus, but we offer our best wishes that your next trivia voyage will be fun and rewarding.
