Is this the same David Brenner who died in March of 2014?

There was a nice obit in the Temple alumni magazine at the time.

As I mentioned when he actually died, I saw David Brenner perform three months before his death. I also saw Don Rickles last year. I won't go see any other elderly Jewish comedians with ties to Philadelphia.

You could still go, just make sure that you wear a long, hooded cloak and carry a sickle.
