RIP Gary De Carlo

On the 45's label it is credited to "Steam featuring Garrett Scott". DeCarlo WAS Scott. The song was originally planned as a B-side but wound up being a #1 record. "Steam" was a fictitious group. The guys seen on the 45 sleeve and the video had nothing to do with the making of the record, more proof that this kinda stuff was being dong LONG before Milli Vanilli reared their dreadlocked heads...
