1. Since 2006, which baseball team has intentionally blocked off the top tiers of its home field with tarps and will not remove them until the team makes it to the World Series?
A. Washington Nationals
B. Houston Astros
C. Seattle Mariners
D. Oakland Athletics

They won't even remove the tarp when all of the other seats are sold out. Since 2013, the Oakland Raiders have done the same thing, though they intentionally do it in order to skirt the NFL's blackout rules. They won't have to worry about that much longer, as the Raiders will be off to Las Vegas in a couple of years.

2. In tenpin bowling, a "turkey" is three consecutive strikes. There are several slang terms for four consecutive strikes... but which of the following is not one of them?
A. Sombrero
B. Llama
C. Wombat
D. Hambone

That's actually what you call a spare that is attained by knocking down all ten pins after starting the frame with a gutter ball.

3. Which of these is not a hazard card in the card game Mille Bornes?
A. Engine stall
B. Speed limit
C. Out of gas
D. Flat tire

There are accident cards, but no engine stall cards.

4. A person engaging in which of these activities would most likely wear "salopettes"?
A. Rock climbing
B. Tennis
C. Dancing
D. Skiing

That's what you call those ski pants with the suspenders.

5. Which of these NFL controversies occurred first?
A. Spygate
B. Bottlegate
C. Nipplegate
D. Bountygate

Disgruntled Cleveland Browns fans tossed bottles onto the field during a 2001 game. Janet Jackson's nipple got exposure in 2004. The New England Patriots have had Spygate looming over them since at least 2007. Bountygate is the most recent of these, as the New Orleans Saints caught that rap in 2009.

6. What is the proper term for the rodeo event in which horse riders weave through a series of barrels or poles?
A. Latigo
B. Rollkur
C. Gymkhana
D. Coleo

7. Ronnie O'Sullivan and Mark Selby are world champions in what table game?
A. Monopoly
B. Snooker
C. Ping-pong
D. Poker

Gotta love those snooker questions. I've put a few of them in my games over the years--including one earlier in this series about the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield, where those world snooker championships take place.

As for poker, that's not only a fun game, but an important fireplace tool. That wrong answer was sponsored by The Fireplace Channel.

8. Which of the following is not the name of a hole at Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters Tournament?
A. Ivy
B. Azalea
C. Juniper
D. Magnolia

9. He was born Robert Earl Moore, Jr., but he changed his name when he converted to Islam. This athlete is better known today by what name?
A. Shabazz Muhammad
B. Aqib Talib
C. Ahmad Rashad
D. Shareef Abdur-Rahim

The other three men on this list were actually born with their respective names... and NBA player Shabazz Muhammad isn't even a practicing Muslim.

BONUS. This NBA prodigy, known for his very private personal life and freakishly large hands, is the only currently active player to be named NBA All-Star, NBA Defensive Player of the Year, and NBA Finals MVP... and he accomplished all of that before his 25th birthday. Name him.

Kawhi Leonard

Otherwise known as the only player right now who can go toe-to-toe with the Golden State Warriors. If it wasn't for his ankle during Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, the Spurs would be 6-time champions right now.
