I know it isn't A (I used to play the viola and I'm pretty sure that the techniques are the same) and it isn't C. Would the audience know this? Maybe, so I'll try them and see.

10K: don't order it but have heard of doppio. They *do* make decaf (what I order of regular coffee) espresso, but not much.
