A: Ways of playing a violin B: Way of making espresso
C: Was of saying "Be quiet" in Italian D: Ways of preparing pasta

Victoria studied abroad in Italy for three months so she hopes that helps and her sister plays the violin. She loves to cook & knows it's not D. She doesn't think the Italian "Be quiet" is any of these. She thinks ristretto means restricted, lungo means longer, and doppio means after and she's not sure how that can apply to making espresso. She is really certain it is either A or B and even more certain it is A.

I know it isn't A (I used to play the viola and I'm pretty sure that the techniques are the same) and it isn't C. Would the audience know this? Maybe, so I'll try them and see.

3K: ATA, sad to say

10K: don't order it but have heard of doppio. They *do* make decaf (what I order of regular coffee) espresso, but not much.
