Former Congressman and independent candidate for President in 1980 has died at age 95.

He received my one and only third party candidate Presidential vote

RIP. He seemed like a nice guy.
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

That election was when I was 10, and I raised my hand to vote for him in a classroom poll.

That was my first presidential election where I could vote. He got mine.
