Mom thinks the NY Times had a full-page ad to commemorate Sue Grafton, possibly Thursday.

Mom had a Messenger relationship with Sue -- a conversation that began around Duke's mayonnaise rather than Hellman's -- and was very sad when she died.

My bookstore still had a copy of Thursday's Times they sold me, and it did include a half-page ad from Grafton's publisher (Penguin Random House).
