New data-chewing feature from T-Mobile & Chrome

Chrome being of course Google so they're in cahoots.
Chrome is the built-in browser on Android these days.
Since the latest upgrade, the 1st window you get has a T-Mobile ad & some other garbage. Subsequent windows you bring up have your "frequent sites", which are missing from the 1st window (these used to be on 1st window). So I was leaving that 1st window up but using 2nd. Bad, Bad. Because data-eating crap was going on in disregarded 1st window. Which luckily you *can* get rid of without losing subsequent windows.
