in ruling out an answer said "they played records in the 50s, didn't they". Aargh.

I hope they're very good at pop culture. Or *something*. And that's how they passed the test.

Its couple's week. Do *both* have to pass?

They were doing the arithmetic well on the next Q. With some burps over "what's a face card". Then the wife asked husband "so D is our final answer?" & the show counted it. That's not fair. Even though D was right.

They probably warn you "never say "final" 'til you mean it" but its still NOT FAIR.

Yup, she's a pop culture maven. I could never have got the answer to the next Q.

I was at the taping for this episode.

My recollection is that Chris did ask her to reaffirm the final answer after the lock-in surprised everyone. There is definitely an edit in the broadcast.

Also cut was a lot of the back and forth from the couple on the face card quandary.
