Well, Australia isn't likely to be taken for a "lush island" (unless by "lush" you mean "heavy beer drinkers"), and the same for Bahrain. Guyana isn't an island, so that leaves A.

One of my favorite bits of trivia. Extracting aluminum from it's ore was so difficult that the price of the refined metal was more than gold. Napoleon Bonaparte had a set of aluminum flatware.

The sphenoid bone is in the skull, IIRC; not sure about the hamate, but I'd go with D anyway.

50K: I thought scapula all one piece. Might have guessed it & gone home. Might have 50/50ed & been bewildered.
