I'm also thinking of the FBI and police officers who ignored every single warning that people raised about Nikolaus Cruz. Is that who you're talking about? It seems that every time we have one of these devastating incidents, there are multiple egregious failures on the part of law enforcement or others who are charged with protecting the public.
