Reminded Once Again-John Corzine Should be in Jail

I will be forever mystified why John Corzine-former Democrat Senator and Governor of New Jersey is not in jail.
Just got a check for a hedging gain-from a "Customer Segregated Funds Account" from the firm I work with.
In one of his jobs-Corzine messed around with the "Customer Segregated Funds Account."
Simply put-you can't do that. He should be in jail for many, many years.
