7K: well, I know its not brisket or skirt. You have to slow-cook brisket, its not steakhouse material. When I buy steak to broil for myself its skirt/tenderloin tips. 50/50, though it will prolly leave B & D. I was going for porterhouse, under the "never had" reasoning.
