I would have hated to have you use me at that level. The ATA would have been the way to go. I know you focused on the "Italianate" part of the q.
One never knows what the future holds though....

5K: enough people don't like cilantro that it wouldn't make good garnish. And chive too strong a flavor. Think must be parsley on that basis. But never heard of curly for either parsley or basil. 50/50 would leave them. +1

I use both cilantro and chives for garnish. I also use both curly leaf and flat leaf parsley. I'm making a pork basil stir-fry for dinner tonight.
