You'd have to be under a rock to not know Obama got it

Wilson makes sense because of trying to stay out of WWI and the whole League of Nations thing.

That leaves Teddy Roosevelt and Harry Truman

Well it would be pretty hard to award it to Truman because of that whole Hiroshima and Nagasaki thing...

That's what I thought, but couldn't figure out what TR, who we (some of us anyway) like now as a conservationist, but who was a war-monger as well in his day, won for.

Wikishmoozia says TR won in 1906 for his back-channel efforts that lead to the Treaty of Portsmouth, which ended the Russo-Japanese War.

Yeah, I had no idea what TR would've won it for, but when narrowing it down to TR and Truman, and then thinking about those bombs...well that leaves no choice but TR
